Working closely alongside one of the strongest property / real estate teams in the South East you will be assured of high quality, challenging and interesting work.
The team undertakes strategic advice work as well as ADR, Land Tribunal and Court proceedings. Clients include developers, national retailers, banks and financial institutions, charities and wealthy property investors and speculators.
Regular instructions include option disputes, conditional sale agreements, overage disputes and contested promotion agreements. More specialist work in connection with shooting rights, adverse possession and easement disputes is undertaken along with injunctive relief in respect of trespassers and squatters.
