Job Details
Our client, a FTSE 250 global leader in their Industry, who are known as unique and high-profile Insurers is recruiting a Litigation Executive into their York office. This leading brand within the insurance market is looking to appoint a commercially minded Litigation Executive, (who must be a qualified Chartered Legal Executive), to join their Recoveries Claims team in York.
Joining a leading international specialist Insurance company, you will work for a company that insures everyone from the rich and famous to the most innovative Technology companies.
The Role:
-You will work within the Recoveries team alongside the Head of Recoveries, two Litigation Executives and a Paralegal.
-This role is to handle a mixed portfolio of injury and third-party property damage for SME, emerging and High Net Worth insurers.
-You will solely be responsible for managing a caseload once proceedings have started. This is an attractive opportunity as you will be exposed to complex claims ranging in value.
The Candidate:
-You must be a qualified Chartered Legal Executive.
-Ideally you will have experience of managing a litigated recoveries caseload. However, if you are a Chartered Legal Executive with a strong, generalist litigation background and a clear desire to work in-house you will be happily as training will be provided.
-You must be a confident communicator capable of liaising with clients from varied backgrounds.
