Childcare Locum – Outside IR35
Ref: EEK/621703
We are recruiting for a leading Public Sector organisation in Yorkshire that requires a Childcare Locum to join their team on a temporary basis. This role falls outside of the IR35 legislation.
Day to day duties:
- Handling a full caseload of local authority childcare matters
- Undertaking own Advocacy in Court
- Advising clients and third parties
Essential Skills:
- Qualified Solicitor
Desirable Skills:
- Previous Experience with Local Authority childcare
Location: Yorkshire
Rate: DOE
Duration: 3 months, high likelihood of extension
Start: ASAP
