Residential Conveyancer

This large firm based in Taunton is expanding across its very busy property teams.
 
They are now searching for a residential conveyancer to join its private property team.

You will be buying and selling a variety of property types, to include both country houses and town property, which may involve listed buildings and unregistered titles.
 
Occasionally you will handle agricultural matters and therefore any exposure to this type of property work would be great!
 
You will join an established team who are part of a much larger national department with an excellent reputation. 
 
Applications are welcome from qualified candidates.

You should ideally have at least 1 or 2 years' residential conveyancing experience, either from a usual conveyancing or plot sales background. 
 
In this role, your experience will be developed and you will progress your salary.

Please let us know if you already have managerial experience. You will, of course, be used to giving a first class service and working to tight deadlines.
