Successful firm in Dorset are looking to recruit a skilled Land Legal Secretary on a full time, permanent basis.

Our client is currently seeking a legal secretary with experience of conveyancing procedures from instruction to post completion. Taking on a varied workload the successful candidate will be providing efficient assistance to the department and ensuring clients receive the highest level of service at all times.

Responsibilities
• Audio typing and word processing
• Document production
• Diary management
• Maintaining databases and records
• Liaising with clients and third parties
• General administrative tasks

The Candidate
• Legal secretaries with at least one year’s experience
• Knowledge of land matters is required
• Fast and accurate typing skills (over 60 wpm)
• Able to prioritise effectively
• Excellent Microsoft Office and IT skills
