Joining our client’s thriving practice located in Aylesbury, the successful applicant will manage a complex caseload of residential conveyancing matters with the possibility of undertaking some commercial work.

• Mortgages and re-mortgages
• Sales and purchases
• Freehold and leasehold
• New builds
• Transfers of equity
• Liaising with estate agents and other professionals
• Business development and marketing activities

The Candidate
• Solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of four to six years’ PQE
• Experience in property law is essential for this role
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels
• Highly numerate, pro-active and detail orientated
• A team player with a desire for professional development
