THE FIRM
A highly regarded commercial practice with a great reputation.
THE ROLE
The role is within the construction team of this highly regarded practice. The work will cover both national and international construction matters.
Experience of procurement and contracting strategies, funding and financing agreements, contract tendering, frameworks and security documentation, including advance payment bonds, is essential.
The ability to work as a team player and build strong client relationships is also important. Instructions to advise on live projects, to help avoid disputes and to shape commercial negotiations and deals, so non-contentious experience is desired.
THE PERSON
* 2PQE+ UK qualified solicitor (strong NQ+ could be considered).
* Construction experience gained at a highly regarded UK practice
* Strong academic background - 2:1 degree minimum
