The Role

Because the firm is dealing with so much high-quality Patent work with one of their biggest clients, they are looking for a Patent Paralegal, Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary for their Southampton office.

You will have a hands-on role supporting Attorneys in Southampton and London (you will be based in Southampton, but they have exceptional technology at their finger-tips, allowing for remote working from this office).

You will receive excellent support and training, so SOME patent experience will suffice. You will be a Legal Secretary, Assistant, or Paralegal with IP/Patent experience. You will manage the portfolio and action the daily task list, provide secretarial support, act as a point of contact for the key client and much more.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Patent Paralegal, Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant with SOME Patent experience
  • You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • You will have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You will be strong at building relationships with colleagues and clients
