The role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Property Litigation solicitor, ideally 2-4 years PQE, to join an already well-established department based in Southampton, Hampshire.

In this role you will be joining an expansive, and knowledgeable litigation team who are regarded as one of the leaders in the Hampshire market. As a result of the firm's strong influence in the region, you will be undertaking caseloads of a high net worth nature, often consisting of high net worth clientele, including individuals and regional/national businesses.

In this role there is a large emphasis on recovery of residential/commercial property, landlord and Tennent matters, debt recovery and breach of leases. When undertaking such caseloads, you will be working closely with highly experienced solicitors, associates and heads of departments creating a fantastic platform for any ambitious Property Litigation solicitor.

Requirements

• You will be ideally, 2-4 years PQE, but more junior applications will be considered, and more senior applications are encouraged!
• You will be motivated, driven and have an eye for detail
• You will be competent in managing your own caseloads
• You will receive an above market rate package, dependant on experience.
