An award winning practice is seeking to appoint a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join its offices in Bristol. The department works with SME and family run businesses, HNW individuals, entrepreneurs and charity organisations. Working alongside a Director at the practice you will be advising on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters to include M&A, joint ventures, re-organisations and commercial contracts.

Applications are encouraged from Solicitors who have achieved a minimum of 5 years’ PQE within Corporate/Commercial Law. We are seeking an individual who can really contribute on the further development of the department, keen to engage in business development and networking activities. TSR Legal would expect a candidate with the given PQE to have gained the level of experience required, but this does not preclude applications from candidates with more or less PQE.
