RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR - LIVERPOOL -Residential Property Solicitor - 3PQE+ - The ideal candidate will have a good grounding and experience of handling their own caseload of Residential Conveyancing files from start to completion. You will be dealing with a varied and mixed caseload such as freehold and leasehold matters, sales and purchases, post completions, remortgages, right to buy and shared ownership. Experience in new builds would be beneficial though this is not essential.There will be ample support from this friendly and successful team and the opportunity to gain valuable experience working with some very professional colleagues.
