Our client is a top 100 London law firm which is highly rated by the legal directories.
THE ROLE:
A new role has arisen for an ambitious corporate lawyer to join a well-regarded growing team, working with a mix of corporate, high net worth individuals and SMEs, across a variety of sectors.
The work will be varied and interesting, from advising on M&A transactions, joint ventures to equity fundraisings and general corporate and commercial matters.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be 4PQE+, with a strong academic background (2:1 or above), gained within a leading national or London law firm with a recognised corporate team
You must have a broad range of corporate experience and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
You will have a flexible and committed approach and be able to work under pressure, possessing exemplary communication skills (verbal and written).
