Employment Associate ( 3 + PQE) -
This is a brilliant opportunity to join of the UKs leading firms in their experienced Employment team. If you have experience from a reputable law firm working with Employers on complex cases, and looking to take your career to the next level at a leading Top 100 UK Firm who can provide outstanding progression and an excellent support network - then this may be the opportunity for you. Our client is a leader within the Legal 500 who are driven to making their team the very best in the sector. This is a varied position which will enable you to work closely with high profile clients including international employers and senior executives across a range of Employment matters including; Employment tribunals, Due Diligence, TUPE, Redundancies; Disciplinary and Grievances, Drafting of Contracts and, Policies and Procedures. Although you will have access to a comprehensive support network, and be guided by the specialist Partners - this position requires a degree of autonomy as this is a key role within the department. Because of this, you will be involved in marketing the firm and department meanwhile developing business through a variety of means including networking events. You will need at least 3 years PQE upwards in a range of Employment matters for Employers and Senior Executives. This position is an excellent opportunity to work for a Top 100 UK Law Firm in London, with a role that would be a great challenge, offering internal career progression and the chance to become a true specialist within this field.
