The Role

The firm is seeking to hire an ambitious Employment Partner to join their flourishing head office based in the City of London.

Although the Employment department is still relatively small compared to that of other departments, they are very busy and have had a real influx of high-quality work. You will deal with well-known public figures, SME to large national companies and HNW individuals. There is demand from their client base for this service.

This role would be well suited to a candidate that may have hit a glass ceiling in terms of progression and Partnership or a Partner looking to join an ambitious growing practice that really look after the individuals that work there. Equity is on the cards for the right candidate.

Requirements:

• You will be an Employment Partner with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit with regards to experience)
• You should have strong business development skills
• It is essential you are commercially minded and a "rain maker"
• Salary is above market rate with an industry leading benefits package
