I am currently recruiting for a multi serviced Legal 500 law firm that is based in Greater Manchester. Due to growth they are looking for an experienced Senior Associate or Partner to join them on a permanent basis. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and background which includes a bonus and benefits package.

Our client is a well established mid tier firm with a strong reputation within their commercial property team. They are an expanding firm with an excellent client base which enable the right individual to develop as their own. The commercial property team are highly experience and there is the opportunity to work closely with the Managing Partner on some development cases.

The successful candidate will be a Senior Associate or Partner within Commercial Property that has worked within a reputable firm. Ideally you will be a successful business developer and able to cover many clients managing a busy case load. This role will require the Commercial Property Solicitor to cover a full range of work which may include but may not be limited to; landlord & tenant, property litigation, secured lending, development, commercial lease agreements, acquisitions and disposals. Candidates with a following would hold an advantage on this role however, it is not essential in securing the position.
