Marketing & Business Development Manager

Marketing & Business Development Manager - A Marketing & Business Development Manager is required by a growing law firm across the Thames Valley, based in the Reading area. the successful Marketing & Business Development Manager will work on a part time basis and will be required to manage and develop the firm’s marketing and business development strategy. Core responsibilities include:
·Planning and implementing all firm-wide marketing campaigns whether print, online, outdoor or community involvement projects.
·General digital marketing and PR.
·Social media management and engagement.
·Managing and developing various marketing, recruitment and networking events across all branches.
·Working with the SEO and website teams to implement and maintain new online marketing strategies.
·Working with lawyers in relation to networking and other branch level marketing initiatives and managing the preparation and submission of applications for legal directories.
The Marketing & Business Development Manager will be dynamic, driven and commercially aware. Previous experience of working in the legal sector or in a different professional service role would be advantageous, as would detailed knowledge and experience of data analysis as well as an understanding of the legal market in the Thames Valley.
The Marketing & Business Development Manager role requires to seek new opportunities to develop the marketing and business development strategy across the firm.
