Corporate & Commercial Paralegal - This is a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate & Commercial Paralegal to work with a leading team of lawyers providing support through reviewing and drafting ancillary documents, proof reading documents, assisting with registry filings and undertaking legal research. The successful Corporate & Commercial Paralegal will have excellent academics and some private practice legal experience in Corporate & Commercial. Salary dependent upon experience.
