You will be joining one of the UKs leading Commercial & Technology teams where you work closely with Partners ahead of being encouraged into an autonomous role.

This is a varied position working across many areas of commercial law including; drafting and advising on Commercial agreements (non-disclosure, privacy, terms and conditions of sale) and IP due diligence. You will have access to a varied and exciting client base from a range of business areas where you will be trusted to work in an autonomous role, once trained by an industry leading Partner.

Requirements

• You will be an ambitious Solicitor or Associate with at least 1 years PQE +
