Senior Lawyer/Head of Family Law sought for a leading firm in Surrey on a part-time basis.

This is a rare opportunity for a driven Family Lawyer to join a prestigious, high-street practice in Reigate on a part-time, permanent basis. While taking this part-time job opportunity, the successful candidate will manage and grow their own caseload of family matters and be able to work well without supervision. The ideal candidate will be living or working in the local area, as well as having an established client following or base.

• Divorce
• Financial settlement
• Care and private children matters
• Cohabitation
• Separation agreements
• Civil partnership dissolution
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Business development and networking

The Candidate
• Solicitor and legal executives with a minimum of seven year’s PQE
• Solid experience in private family matters
• Excellent client care
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required
• Having a consistent billing history
• Having long-standing experience in networking, giving presentations and building contacts
