Your new role
This commercial litigation role will see you handle a range of high profile commercial litigation work. This will include shareholder and partnership disputes, warranty and indemnity disputes, injunctions and general contractual litigation.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a commercial litigation lawyer with 5+ years' pqe or operating at Senior Associate or Legal Director level. You should have the ability to work on a stand-alone basis and have good technical and communication skills.
