Job Details

Are you a Senior Associate looking for a step up in terms of responsibility? Perhaps you are in a top-heavy team looking for a route for career progression? Equally, this role would suit a Partner looking for a lateral move to a prestigious, growing and forward-thinking department.

This top 100 firm are multi-award winning and have one of the nicest office cultures I have ever come across compared to that of most practices of their size; they have a much more relaxed collaborative, and forward-thinking culture. There is a nice social aspect to working at the firm.

Staff value more in the way of work-life balance and flexibility. They invest heavily in their workforce and are very progressive, their learning and development programme is widely respected in the legal sector and has been recognised by several industry awards. They are a cohesive, inclusive, and entrepreneurial organisation. You will find Partners are accessible and there is a completely open-door policy. They have a growing number of home-grown Partners that started at the firm as trainee's, it is this level of investment that I feel makes this a special practice.

The now have several offices nationally with ambitious plans to continue to grow. The firm has a strong reputation across several industry sectors, clients range from private individuals and owner-managed businesses to multinational corporations, public companies, universities, professional partnerships, banks and financial institutions.

The firm also has a San Francisco office; this office reinforces both its position as a leading US/UK inward investment specialist, and its cross-border M&A and international private wealth practices.

You'll be involved in a wide range of high-quality advisory work and you'll receive exceptional training in a supportive and collaborative team. You will also work closely with our London team exposing you to some of the UK's largest pension plans.
