Job Details
An urgent need has arisen for a Newly Qualified Commercial Property Lawyer or experienced Legal Officer to join a local authority based in Hertfordshire on an interim basis for a 3 month assignment.
The successful NQ Property Lawyer will be undertaking routine commercial property matters which will include leases and licenses to assign and lease extensions to name a few. You will also be providing legal advice in relation to commercial property matters.
As this role is urgent, we are keen to hear from candidates that are on a short notice period or those who are immediately available.
This post is full time, however the client is happy to consider candidates who are available on a part time basis as well. The ideal Property Lawyer/Legal Officer will need to hit the ground running, therefore those with local authority experience would be ideal for this position, however it is not essential for the role.
