Legal Counsel

Our client, a global investment bank is looking for an interim Legal Counsel to join the digital banking division for a period of 9-12 months.

The role

Key responsibilities include:

•    To provide advice and legal support in relation to innovative financial technologies including AI

•    Working alongside other legal functions including DP, IP and Commercial, Innovation and Technology

•    Provide legal advice in relation to digital banking, branch and virtual banking products

•    Legal advice in relation to law and regulations governing financial services products

The candidate

Our client is seeking a UK qualified Solicitor with experience within a technology organisation and/or a top law firm or in-house financial services organisation with a technology focus. It is desirable for the candidate to have an understanding of financial markets and regulations as well as data protection.
