The Role

The firm is looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their expanding team, based in the centre of Reading, Berkshire.

This role will place you working side by side with an industry leading Partner, this level of experience will stand you in good stead, giving you a platform to likely obtain more experience than other candidates. You will receive lots of client contact and deal with a caseload that is broad, this variety will make for an interesting role.

The Commercial Property department deals with a broad range of clients, across several industry sectors, the level of variety will make for an interesting caseload. You will work individual property owners, investors, developers, retailers, industrial sites, lenders, landowners and affordable homes providers.

The caseload will include; Landlord and Tenant, Investment, Acquisitions and Sales, Secured Lending and Corporate Support.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• You will be able to competently run a general residential property caseload
• Strong communication skills are essential
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus a good benefits package
