Legal Counsel

Errington Legal are recruiting for a Legal Counsel role in Cambridge to support a global business's Legal team. Working with departments across the business and supporting the Head of Legal in ongoing commercial and strategic matters, this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, qualified lawyer to work at the leading edge of the life sciences field.

The role will deal with a breadth of commercial agreements and include involvement from drafting to negotiation, including exposure to both UK and international regulatory matters. Dealing with senior management, this role will provide the opportunity to undertake a truly commercial role within a busy, growing, global environment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate prior experience within the Life Sciences sector, either in-house or in Practice, as well as dealing with multi-jurisdictional matters and advising senior management. A breadth of experience around commercial, contract and IP law is necessary.
