Residential Development Solicitor
Leeds
A Residential Development Solicitor is required to join an established team within a long established and award winning regional firm of Solicitors. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished Property Solicitor with some Residential Development experience to specialise and work with a very well regarded team.
The role incorporates a broad range of residential development work on behalf of a number of house builder clients. Matters will include site acquisition and disposal, planning and infrastructure agreements and also offering technical support to the plot sales team. Day to day there will be client contact, providing practical, commercial and expert advice and guidance. There will be a requirement to support colleagues and assist Partners and senior colleagues with complex site acquisitions.
The successful candidate is anticipated to have upwards of 3 years PQE in order to undertake the role, however candidates with specific Residential Development experience and a lesser PQE are also encouraged to apply.
