Job Details
In this role, you will be drafting and negotiating loan agreements for structured products, including securitisation vehicles, distressed loans, special purpose vehicles and other commercial contracts such as confidentiality agreements. In addition to the drafting and negotiation of contracts you will be advising senior executives and researching various legal issues for the firm and their clients.
The role would suit an early to mid-career corporate commercial solicitor, probably from a leading City firm with a background in dealing with loan agreements and securitisation who is looking to join a modern, forward-thinking organisation.
