Job Details

A top tier international law firm with full UK coverage is seeking a property litigation solicitor for their established and highly regarded team in Milton Keynes. 
 
You should be a property litigation solicitor with around 1-3 years' PQE, although an NQ with a solid seat in this area may be considered. Your experience should cover related litigation for both commercial and residential clients, and typical work areas include:
  • Development disputes
  • Advising on property contracts
  • All aspects of landlord and tenant work
  • Leasehold enfranchisement
  • Property insolvency
  • Advising on restrictive covenants and easements.
You will be working with leading clients within the retail, leisure and development sectors and will be client facing from the outset. This Milton Keynes based firm can offer a market-leading regional salary, and full benefits with excellent long term progression and prospects.
