Residential Property Locum Solicitor – East Anglia
End of September or beginning of October Start – 6-12 months
£30 - £40 per hour DOE

A reputable, long established law firm based in East Anglia seek a Residential Property Solicitor for up to 12 months in duration covering maternity leave. Our client is looking for someone to start at the end of September or beginning of October.

You will have responsibility for handling a full and varied caseload of residential property matters including the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property from instruction to completion.

The successful applicant must have previous experience autonomously handling busy residential property caseloads and using case management systems, as secretarial support is not provided. You will be working alongside a team of three other dedicated Fee Earners.

The firm have been long associated with excellent service; therefore it's essential that you adopt a client orientated approach.

This role is particularly attractive due to its central office location; a modern environment surrounded by exquisite scenery. Additionally, it is based near public transport.

Our client is looking for someone on a full time basis, however flexible working hours can be considered for the right candidate.
