Job Details
The ideal senior corporate commercial solicitor will have at least 8 years' experience that should include the full range of commercial contracts and agreements, M&A, MBO/MBI and finance matters. You will act for clients across the professional services and the transport and public service sectors in both the local market and nationally.
The firm is expanding to meet client demand and this role will see you involved in managing existing key clients and developing new business leads. You can expect a leading regional salary and package, along with excellent long term prospects.
