NQ Residential Property Solicitor

A top ranked Legal 500 private practice with offices across the South East and East of England are looking to expand their Residential Conveyancing team based from their Cambridge office.

The successful candidate will be an NQ Residential Property Solicitor or a chartered Legal Executive with a background in Residential Property based within a commutable distance of Cambridge.

Duties and Responsibilities would include:

- Working on legal and technical work including sale and purchase of freeholds and leaseholds, purchase of freeholds and leaseholds.
- Involvement in straightforward non-standard transactions such as mortgages, assents etc
- Working on the purchase and sale of new-builds, both freehold and leasehold, known loosely as "plot sales".
- Assisting the team members as a whole in the normal day to day operating of the team, to assimilate with the team in carrying out any other duties of a reasonable nature as requested to do so.
