This specialist practice based in the Greater London/Hertfordshire area prides themselves on being an attractive option outside of the City. The firm offers high-quality work which includes high-value development, bank re-financing projects, general support for high-net-worth investors and business owners and the buying, selling and leasing of a variety of different properties.

To be successful in your application, you will possess the following attributes:
- Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor 3-6+ years' PQE
- Proven commercial property background
- Particular experience handling landlord and tenant matters, site acquisition, property finance, development projects, and estate management cases
- A flair for business development and marketing
