RTA Fee Earner

You will be working alongside senior personal injury solicitors, handling a caseload of your own consisting of non-portal RTA claims. Your new RTA fee earner role will see you working as part of a growing team in a friendly, dynamic and forward-thinking environment, dealing with work of the highest quality.
 
Experience as an RTA claims handler is essential, preferably handling a volume litigation caseload.

In this role, you will be expected to handle a high volume of fast-track caseload.

You must also be comfortable with all stages of the fast track litigation process and possess sound knowledge of the MOJ Portal. This position is open to qualified solicitors, legal executives and paralegals.
