Leading UK Energy business are looking to recruit a Defended Case Handler to a newly created role in its Northampton office.

Your new role
You will be accountable for all escalated cases within the Litigation Department, pre and post judgement. You will effectively manage the whole process for these cases from issuing claim to resolution or enforcement.You will also offer guidance on contentious cases for other departments and identifying when those cases need to be escalated to the Litigation Team.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be CILEx Level 3+ or have a relevant and equal qualification. You will also possess 2 years practical Litigated Collections experience. Experience in commercial utility alongside an understanding of pre-disconnection and disconnection processes would be preferable preferable but not essential.
