Job Details
The successful litigation solicitor will work in conjunction with the civil litigation and employment department to develop a mixed civil caseload with an existing body of personal injury work.
In order to be considered for this Rotherham based role, you must:
- Have established general civil litigation and personal injury experience and capability.
- Have a strong and proven ability to manage, develop and control a wide variety of claims for claimants and defendants through the County Court and High Court systems.
- Be client and service orientated.
- Be outward facing with a clear eye for a business opportunity.
