Real Estate Associate Solicitor

An international law firm is showing solid growth in Manchester and nationally and is now seeking a real estate solicitor at an associate level (1-4 years' PQE) to join their Tier 1 Legal 500 ranked team. 
 
The Real Estate Department in Manchester is well structured and has a team of 50 strong which is highly ranked for the excellent work they do. They place a high emphasis on transactional expertise and are able to bring a commercial and business-oriented approach to a wide range of property matters.

Your role will involve undertaking a range of commercial property work including landlord and tenant, property management, sales and purchases for high profile and household name clients. You will be responsible for handling your own matters as part of a structured and supportive team.

You will be working in a fast-paced, challenging environment with direct supervision. You will be working as part of a sizeable team (Tier 1, Legal 500 ranked) alongside specialist lawyers to support you at this pivotal time in your career as a real estate associate solicitor.
 
You must be a qualified commercial property/real estate solicitor (1-4 years' PQE) gained within a recognised commercial property team within a strong mid-tier or national law firm.

You will have a bright, personable and enthusiastic approach and have strong academics (ideally 2:1 at degree level or equivalent). You will be used to drafting property contracts, leases, reports and contract negotiation.
