Property Legal Officer

LAW Absolute are assisting a Local Authority based in London with their search for a Property Legal officer on an interim basis.

The successful Property Legal Officer will be required to assist on the following matters:

• Lease extensions,
• RTB matters,
• Sales and acquisitions,
• Licences,
• Deeds of variation.

You will also be required to provide ad- hoc advice in relation to routine matters and providing support to Senior Lawyers.

Due to the nature of the work, our client is only wanting to receive applications from candidates with a proven track record in this area. The ability to work with minimal supervision is essential. Candidates from both the public and private sector are encouraged to apply for this position.

As a Property Legal Officer you will be required to time record and therefore your hours will be checked on a weekly basis. Please only apply to this role if you are available on no more than two weeks’ notice.
