NQ Real Estate Solicitor

An international law firm is showing solid growth nationally in its Manchester Real Estate Team and is now seeking an NQ real estate solicitor to join its well-regarded team. The firm has strong and well-established roots in the North West in terms of its real estate practice.

The Real Estate Team works across a broad spectrum of commercial property projects acting for some of the largest investors, developers and institutional clients, both abroad and in the UK, including institutional investors, development companies and corporate occupiers.

The team prides itself on its technical expertise and friendly, collaborative environment which will provide you with the solid foundations required to develop your career as a real estate solicitor. The team promotes continuous improvement and development to help you achieve your potential and progress.

Your role will involve undertaking a range of commercial property work including landlord and tenant, property management and sales and purchases for high profile and household name clients. You will be responsible for handling your own matters as part of a structured and supportive team.

You will be working in a fast-paced, challenging environment with direct supervision and working as part of a sizeable team (Tier 1, Legal 500 ranked) alongside specialist lawyers to support you at this pivotal time in your career as an NQ real estate solicitor.

You will likely be a recently qualified real estate solicitor (or coming up to qualification) with at least a 6 month real estate seat gained within a recognised commercial property team within a strong mid-tier or national law firm. You will have a bright, personable and enthusiastic approach. You must have strong academics (ideally 2:1 at degree level or equivalent).
