Commercial Property Solicitor

A friendly and developing legal practice with offices located in the outskirts of Chepstow is seeking to appoint a Real Estate Solicitor to join its practice.
You will report to an Associate and will handle technical and non-standard work. Additionally you will assist with training, process improvements and general technical support within the department.
The department advise across the full scope of real estate matters encompassing investors and developers, transactions involving agricultural and high value residential properties. They have in-depth knowledge of planning, construction and engineering as well as property finance.
