The Role

The firm is seeking to recruit a Contentious Trusts and Probate Senior Associate / Partner into their Bristol, Somerset.

The private client department is highly regarded, it is currently flourishing and has been steadily growing over the last 24 months, with plans to continue to grow in line with increased workflow. It is a vibrant and hard-working team, their achievements over the last 5 years are incredible.
You will work with the other partners to drive the department forwards. They support their clients out of their national and international offices.

Contentious Probate is a growing area for the firm, with plans to grow further over the next 24 months. You will be at the forefront of this exciting department, working alongside a Partner, dealing with a high-quality caseload of; Lack of capacity cases, Fraud and undue influence cases, Subsequent revocation, and Inheritance.

The department is currently looking to grow given they are very busy.

Requirements

• You will be a Contentious Trusts and Probate Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regards to experience)
• You will have technical knowledge
• Experience of managing a team is of advantage but not necessarily essential
• Excellent communication skills are essential
