Private Client Solicitor

A forward thinking, Legal 500 Law firm based in Bicester, are looking to recruit a Senior Private Client Solicitor, as part of their plans for organic growth and succession.

The Role

This firm are now seeking a Private Client Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to head their Private Client team in Bicester, Oxfordshire.

The successful applicant will have a positive and creative approach to client relations and business development and be confident in marketing and networking, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.

You will be required to take on and look to expand a caseload of quality Private Client work and to continue to build strong relationships with clients and professional contacts through marketing and networking.

Experience and expertise of all areas of private client law is essential, including but not limited to; Wills, Trusts, Probate, Administration of Trusts, Tax Planning, LPA's. It would be advantageous to have experience of Charities and Contentious Probate but not a requirement.

Requirements:

• 5 years PQE dealing with Private Client Matters
• Experience of Charities & Contentious Probate would be an advantage
• STEP qualification would be of a benefit
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to market and network
• Confident in dealing with high net-worth clients
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Committed to personal development
