The Role

This is an outstanding opportunity to Partner and Head the Commercial department in this firm's newly established City of London office.

This is a brilliant opportunity to Partner and Head of the Department. You will be part of the newly established London office in this Top 100 firm.

This department have one of the largest dedicated commercial law teams in the UK. The department convers commercial contracts, facilities management, financial services agreements, franchising, IP & Licensing, IT contracts, Logistics, outsourcing.

The department is well respected advising Tech companies to Energy projects, infrastructure to retail. You will work with a broad range of clients.

You will Head the London side of the practice. This firm has made a number of key hires into their London office, as such naturally they are looking for an individual to Head the Commercial practice. If you specialise in either area, this opportunity will give you all the autonomy and step up you may be looking for as a Partner.

The team is Legal 500 recommended department. You will work with industry-leading partners cross fertilising matters and be helped with promoting your own practice.

The Requirements

• You will be an Commercial Partner with at least 7 years PQE experience (There is no upper limit for this position)
• Have a strong technical knowledge
• Have a good billings history
• You should have good business development experience
• You are the type of candidate who can build solid client relationships
• Salary is well above market rate and is dependent on the experience. You will receive an excellent bonus and perks package.
