Salary - £20,000
An Employment Paralegal is now wanted for a fantastic opportunity with a highly reputable firm in Runcorn. This role will suit a Paralegal who is looking to join a firm who can development their career and progression opportunities.
My client is looking for someone who has excellent communication and client care skills. You will be expected to hit the ground running and have a passion for Employment law, 12 months experience is desired but not essential.
The successful candidate will be assisting with handling incoming calls and taking initial instructions on a matter to escalate to a fee earner. You will be working closely with the Employment Tribunal Team, assisting in preparing disclosure bundles, trial bundles, pleadings and witness statements. You will be liaising with clients and other professionals, alongside assisting the senior Employment Solicitor on a caseload of contentious and non-contentious claimant work.
Applications are invited from Employment Paralegals, Legal Assistants or Fee Earners who ideally have previous experience of working in an established Employment team. Those who are looking to move into this area of Law will also be considered provided they have the other relevant skills required.
