We have an exciting opportuniy to join our dynamic and growing team during a period of significant transformation and major project delivery within the Councils supported by the Legal Partnership.
Post: adult social care and general litigation (inc housing & education).
A dynamic and growing team, we deliver high profile and exciting major projects transforming the delivery of adult social care, housing, education and general litigation in Southampton working with diverse communities across a wide social spectrum. Our property work includes major acquisitions and sales including innovative regeneration / commercial schemes and requires a high degree of commercial acumen. Working in fast paced and highly performing teams, we require someone with enthusiasm, dynamism and putting clients and people first.
Essential: Solicitor or Barrister with 3+ year’s PQE + strong advocacy, negotiating and advisory skills, competence with IT and case management systems. You must have an enabling, positive approach to finding solutions to complex problems, anticipating and adapting to business and client needs and a good appreciation of risk management / working flexibly across a multi skilled team.
