This firm are looking for a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join their top tier Legal 500 Property team. You will be a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor with 2-6 years PQE with a background of dealing with high level work.

The Role

You will join a highly-experienced team, a Partner in the team is looking to take on more of a general management role within the firm, meaning there will be a quality caseload for you to work on from day 1.

Requirements:

• You will be a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor with 2-6 years PQE
• Leasehold Enfranchisement should make up at least 50% of your current caseload
• This role comes with excellent prospects for progression and could be the perfect opportunity for someone who has hit a glass ceiling regarding progression
• You should have an excellent technical knowledge with an eye for detail
