Are you a Personal Injury Litigation Executive with experience in Motorcycle accident claims? We have a brilliant opportunity for a Personal Injury Litigation Executive to join a specialist Personal Injury firm within the Southport office.
The Legal 500 Firm have a brilliant reputation and are market leaders within Personal Injury. They harbour a supportive and friendly environment and offer fantastic training and development opportunities for their employees.
Due to expansion they are now seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Executive to join the team and run their own high-volume caseload of pre issue disputed motorcycle accident files. You will be a target driven, organized individual with good eye for detail, and possess strong communication skills.
The role of Personal Injury Litigation Executive will involve:
- Reviewing and writing documents for court
- Contacting third parties over liability
- Arrange medical appointments
- Reviewing medical and police reports
- Instructing Counsel to attend hearings
