The Role

Because the firm are continuously expanding, they are looking for a Commercial Rail Paralegal to join their flourishing Transport (Rail) team in London.

The rail team predominantly works with commercial contracts and advises on regulation and projects in the rail sector. Expertise includes: franchising and concessions, rolling stock (advising manufacturers on bids for new rolling stock contracts), rail sector regulation, advising on the structuring, real estate, construction of infrastructure development, depot financing, and more.

The team are award winning, and broadly recognised as one of the best not only in the UK, but worldwide. You will support two industry leading Partners in a hands on, billing role.


  • You will be a Commercial Rail Paralegal
  • You should have experience in a wide range of Commercial Rail matters, preferably with evidence of billing
  • You will have a "can do" attitude and be a first-class communicator
  • You should have a meticulous eye for detail
  • Salary is up to 35k depending on experience
