Business Immigration Associate Solicitor / Partner

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a business immigration senior associate solicitor/partner to join this international business law firm in Central London.

They are looking for an entrepreneurial senior associate (with an ambition to progress to the partnership) or a partner looking to make a lateral move to a firm that can offer an excellent platform to build a business immigration practice.

International is in the firm’s DNA. The firm acts for a broad base of clients ranging from SME’s, embassies, high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, multinational and listed clients. There is an existing demand from our client base for a business immigration service and you will be entrepreneurial and keen to establish and grow a business immigration team.

The firm is a recognised player and participates actively in the networking activities of the International Chambers of Commerce in London and you will have access to a large potential client base for you to grow as part of the team, plus a wider network with EBL offices in France and Germany.

As the business immigration senior associate solicitor/partner, you will be developing the immigration team and this will include working with various chambers of commerce, of which the firm is a member, and seeking out opportunities with member firms of the Warwick Legal Network (WLN), of which the firm is a founding member.

You will deal with a broad range of work to include: Tier 1 entrepreneur visa, sponsor licence tier 2 applications, Tier 2 compliance, acting for Tier 1 “high-value migrants“, leave to remain, extensions to work permits and leave to remain. You will also carry out immigration audits and assist clients with Home Office Inspections.
