The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Corporate Tax Lawyer into their growing and long-established Solent, Hampshire office.

The firm have an unrivalled reputation for tax work, they are multi award winning firm and have been on the cutting edge of corporate tax for years. You will be working alongside chambers ranked individuals, who are renowned for the work they do and the connections they share.

This tax department is not just corporate support, they are a department in their own rate. lots of the work that flows into this department comes from external referrals, and repeat clients from partner contacts giving you both support, and autonomy. You will be joining a strong team of circa 12 fee-earners, including associates, partners and solicitors.
What really stands this role apart, is the multi-faceted approach the department adopts, ranging from Venture Capital work, Real Estate Finance work and Corporate tax.

Requirements

You will be a Tax Lawyer with at least NQ-5 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE, the team are busy and looking to make more than one hire)

• You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team
• You will ideally have had experience working in a reputable corporate tax department, albeit it NQ level candidates with some corporate tax exposure will be considered.
