Private Client Solicitor - Our clients, a commercial practice with a an international element and who specialise in various sectors of the law have asked us to find them a private client solicitor to join them and assist in growing the practice at their City office.

About the Role
This is a stand-alone role where you will be tasked with the overall development of the private client team.  You will be expected to manage your own full and varied caseload whilst growing the business and establishing a team. There is a substantial caseload to step into, however further networking and business development will be expected.
You will be managing a busy caseload and advising on:
-        Wills and estate planning
-        Probate and estate administration
-        Lasting Powers of Attorney
-        Court of Protection and mental capacity issues
-        Trust administration

Candidate Requirements
There ideal candidate will have:
-        5+ years relevant PQE in all matters of estate management
-        Strong Business Development skills
-        Staff management experience
-        Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
-        Excellent written and oral communication skills
-        Attention to detail
